The next step is not building more systems.
It is building organisations that can build their own.

The risk in being the person who understands procurement, compliance and IT at once is becoming the bottleneck. The more useful long-term position is teaching people to think systemically, question assumptions and build solutions — so the capability stays when the project ends.

This is the direction the work is moving: from solving problems, to building systems that solve them, to building organisations that can do both.

The question I start with
"What is the actual problem — not the symptom?"

"If we solve this once, how do we solve it at scale?"
